Okay, this is where the rubber meets the road.

Are you ready for your 6 week metamorphosis?

Are you the caterpillar? Are you in the cocoon? Are you already the beautiful butterfly?

If you are not the butterfly but would like to be please understand that it is necessary that you spend some time in the cocoon. This is where you make the changes that need to be made for you to be a butterfly forever.

The mistake that most people make is that they try to make changes to their physical being without dealing with the most important part - the mind.

If you have been listening to the Joy 94.9 FM Monday morning breakfast show with Beau you will know we are starting a 6-week metamorphosis program that anyone can participate in. But even more importantly anyone can succeed with. The secret is to Dance Until It Rains.

If you don't listen to Joy or you have missed any of the weeks, starting from Monday July 28, 2008 then you can refer to audios of previous shows and refer to each weeks information from the goal setting process and through weeks 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5 to 6.

The 6 weeks is your time in the cocoon. Your time to make the changes you need to make to your thinking, your attitude, your habits, your actions and consequently your results.

At the end of the 6 weeks you may not be the butterfly, but if you follow the plan you will have made the changes and developed the habits that will help you to be the most beautiful butterfly you can be, forever.

A fabulous resource that will help you though the 6 week cocoon stage of the process is Eat Chocolate, Drink Alcohol and be Lean & Healthy. It will most certainly help you with all of your efforts from the physical, mental and emotional aspects of creating long term change.
